You’ll receive education answers to these questions and others when you attend the Comprehensive Diabetes Self-Management Education program at St. Vincent Medical Center. The free four-class series is designed to help individuals living with diabetes gain new skills and learn to control their blood glucose and live healthier lives.
The class series, which is offered in both English and Spanish, is based on the National Standards for Diabetes Self Management Education.
The Diabetes Educator at St. Vincent Medical Center also visits patients in the hospital to help them manage their condition.
