John C. Goddard, MD is in private practice at the House Clinic in Los Angeles, California and he is also on staff at St. Vincent Medical Center.
Dr. Goddard received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA with distinction in Biology.
He attended Virginia Commonwealth University-Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA and earned his Medical Degree. He took his internship in General Surgery and a residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. He then completed a Neurotology fellowship at the House Clinic.
Before joining the House Clinic as a practicing physician, Dr. Goddard worked as an Associate Neurotologist/Otologist at the Jacksonville Hearing and Balance Center in Jacksonville, Fla. Dr. Goddard is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Among his professional awards are a Neurotology Fellow Award, from the American Neurotologic Society; First Place in the Temporal Bone Competition, Magnolia Conference, Medical University of South Carolina; the Golden Apple Award Recipient, Medical University of South Carolina; and First Place Resident Research Award, Magnolia Conference, Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Goddard is a member of Otology-Neurotology Education Committee Member, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Surgery; the Florida Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery; and a Diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology.
